Age Verification Policy (18+)

1) Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our social casino features. If the legal gambling age in your location is higher than 18, you must meet that higher age. Our products are intended for adults only.
2) How we age-gate and verify age
- Age gate at sign-up: we may require you to confirm your date of birth and affirm you are 18+.
- Risk-based checks: we may request additional proof if we cannot reasonably confirm age, detect inconsistent information, or suspect underage access.
- Platform/ad requirements: we use age gating and verification to support obligations imposed by app stores, ad networks, payment providers, and other platforms that require 18+ targeting and underage prevention.
3) What information we may request
To verify age, we may ask for one or more of the following (only as necessary):
- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport or driver licence) showing date of birth.
- A selfie or liveness check to confirm the ID belongs to you.
- Additional details to match records (e.g., name, address, or partial ID number), or a document showing address (e.g., utility bill) where appropriate.
- Age-verification results from trusted service providers (where used), which may return a pass/fail or age band rather than full ID details.
We do not accept accounts for anyone under 18, even with parental consent.
4) If we suspect an underage user
- We may restrict gameplay, block purchases, and suspend withdrawals/redemptions (if any) until age is verified.
- If we confirm you are under 18 (or you do not complete verification), we may terminate or permanently restrict the account.
- Because this is a social casino, in-game currency/items are for entertainment and generally have no cash value; access to such items may be removed if an account is terminated.
5) Data handling and retention
We handle age-verification data in line with our privacy practices and applicable New Zealand requirements. We use the information to confirm eligibility, prevent underage access, detect fraud, and comply with platform obligations. We keep verification records only for as long as necessary for these purposes, and apply access controls and security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
