Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for gambling where you are located, if higher) to use the Service. Do not use the Service if you do not meet this requirement.

2) Social casino only; no cash-out

• The Service is a social casino game for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling.
• Virtual coins, chips, credits, or similar items (“Virtual Currency”) have no real-world value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be cashed out.
• No prizes of real-world value are awarded through play.
• Any purchase is for entertainment access/features only and does not create property rights in Virtual Currency.

3) Account rules

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and do not create accounts using false identities.
• We may require age/identity verification where necessary to comply with law or enforce these Terms.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation, or interfere with the Service’s normal operation.
• Do not attempt to access non-public areas, bypass security, or reverse engineer except where permitted by law.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or violate others’ rights.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, text, logos, and game mechanics, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment, subject to these Terms.

6) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove Virtual Currency and items) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Virtual Currency balances will always be available (for example, due to outages or maintenance).

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under New Zealand consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where applicable).

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or NZD $100 if you paid nothing), unless New Zealand law requires otherwise.

9) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, in-app notice). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing law (New Zealand)

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree that New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Service.
